Aims & Scope:

Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NNEs) comprise a heterogenous and fascinating group of cancers that attract scientific investigation. In fact, numerous recent clinical research endeavors have been undertaken in the field of NNE, including phase III trials. However, there are still many unanswered questions in the diagnosis and therapeutic management of NNEs. This issue of Therapeutic Advances in Medical Oncology seeks studies that address new diagnostic tools and advances in the treatment of patients with NNE. The Guest Editors encourage original research submissions to join related invited review articles on topics, including but not limited to:

• New molecular clinically oriented diagnostic markers (somatic and germline)
• Therapeutic sequencing in metastatic disease
• Clinical Trials
• New prognostic and predictive markers
• Immunotherapy in NNE
