简要介绍：

慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease，CKD)患者随着肾功能的减退，会出现钙、磷、活性维生素D代谢的紊乱，进而刺激甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone，PTH)的分泌，最终导致继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(secondary hyperparathyroidism，SHPT，简称继发性甲旁亢)发生。SHPT可导致骨病、心血管钙化、异位软组织钙化等不良后果。其中心血管钙化是终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease，ESRD)患者死亡的重要原因。
