2011 SISET 意大利弥散性血管内凝血诊断和治疗指南

the Italian Society for Thrombosis and Haemostasis (SISET)commissioned a project to develop clinical practice guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of DIC. The recommendations were generated through a systematic search of evidence and formulated according to explicit methods for consensus development. The objective of the present guidelines was to provide recommendations to all clinicians involved in the diagnosis and treatment of DIC, with the aim of optimizing the management of DIC, and improving the quality of life and the clinical outcomes (reduction in thrombotic and bleeding events, and increased survival) with a possible reduction in healthcare costs.
