快速急性生理评分(Rapid Acute Physiology Score，RAPS)

可以用于ICU或重症创伤病人的转运，死亡率评估。但是，在不同疾病中，其cut-off有一定的差异。
1. 脉搏/心律（次/分）
2.收缩压(mmHg)
3.呼吸频率(次/分)
4.GCS评分
5.年龄
6.氧饱和度(SpO2)
